Where does FEELWAY ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the US. We do not ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $300 to everywhere in the US.
Orders for less than 300$ are delivering for a flat fee of $35.
Please note you agree to the dictated Terms & Conditions.
Please note our warehouse is closed on major holidays, orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
When will I receive my order?
Please remember that your order will take a few days to be processed before it ships.
Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
What is the current status of my order?
You can always check the status of your order on your Account in the navigation bar. Once you place an order, you will receive a shipment notification which will allow you to check your delivery status online.
Changing or cancelling an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but we will do our very best to assist you.
If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact Customer Support Manager@feelway.shop as soon as possible after placing the order. Please make sure to include your order number in any correspondence to assist customer support in locating your order.
What is your return policy for all other items?
For suitcases you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.
